日本の住宅ローン

日本に永住の為帰国準備中です。LAの家を売却し、そのお金で東京にコンドを購入
する積りでしたが不足金を金融機関に申し込んだ所、日本の確定申告書（最低２年分）
が無い為数社で断られました。賃貸収入がありUS市民の為、USでのTax returnはありますが全く考慮されませんでした。日本に帰国された方で、日本の確定申告書が無く、USの税務申告書だけでローンを組まれた方っていらっしゃいますか?良いお知恵を

日本でローンを組める方法は知りませんが、
家賃収入の物件がアメリカであるのなら、その不動産をリファイナンスしてCash outするなど、アメリカでローンを組む方が簡単なのでは無いでしょうか?

でも、日本の方が金利が安いので、気持ちは分かります。
