If you have a W-2, you can go to IRS.com and choose a free tax return program that suits you.

If you are not sure, you may want to email the IRS and explain your situation and ask what kind of documentation will be required to prove that you were in Japan last year.
Even if you have not been in the U.S. for 6 months, if you have some income in the U.S., you will need to file a Tax Return.

If you do not do a Tax Return this year, you can do a Tax Return going back 2 － 3 years, but if you have a Green Card, you can only leave the US for 2 years ？ If you are in the US and not working, you do not need a Green Card. If I stay in the U.S. and don't work, I don't need a Green Card ？.

If you really want to improve your "English conversation" skills, come to San Fernando Valley where there are very few Japanese people.

there are some non-UC State Colleges in this valley.

My son is 50 years old, but he was born and raised here.

He has friends in the construction industry, and when we wanted to fix a part of our house,

he would bring someone from that industry to help us.

Also, once when we needed a painter, the house next door had a total exterior paint job done and

the workmanship was so-so that we asked them to do it for us too.

I hear that if you pay for advertising, you get a fee on top of that, and even if you do a reasonable job, you get a fee as well.

Whether or not the work is done properly, any advertising costs are ultimately borne by the customer. If it's a huge advertising fee, like putting it on TV, they're probably unknowingly burdened with hundreds or thousands of dollars in advertising fees for remodeling-type jobs with high unit costs. Thank you all. As Baikinman said, I have seen houses nearby that have been constructed and thought they were nice. There was a house in my neighborhood that had been completely renovated, outside and inside, almost everything except the frame.

Even in the middle of construction, until the curtains went in, you could somewhat see the inside from the outside （ and the entrance ＆ from the street side and the living room with kitchen was visible just by walking around normally. ）
Every time I walked past there （ I thought, "The construction company here might be polite. ） I thought to myself.
