I lived in Playa Vista until two years ago. There are many parks and places to walk around, young couples with children are often seen, and the area is relatively safe. I moved to the South Bay from West L A where I lived for many years. My personal impression after living in both places is that shopping, eating out, and playing are more fun in the West L A area and the calm life is in the South Bay.

I continued to use the same gardener I had used in my previous house, but
