LAで会話力重視で社会人にお勧めのESL,語学学校

日本からです。
３ヶ月後に仕事の都合でLAに転勤になります。英語力（特に会話力）を上げる必要があるため、現地でESLもしくは語学学校に最初は通うことになります。
現地に住んでいるみなさん、私のような社会人に向いていて会話を重視しているクラスやESLがあれば教えてください。もしくはこの学校のこの先生のクラスがいいなどがあればLA近辺で教えてください。
とにかく会話が伸びそうな学校を探しております。私の現在の英語力は独学で英検３級程度で実践での英語に全く自信がありません。

チューターというか個人指導が良いと思います。
それも日本人に習うのが効率が良いですね。
複数の日本人チューターについて習ったら宜しいので
ないでしょうか?
