iphoneがロックされて使えなくなってしまいました

i tune に接続したところ、自動でアップグレードされ、ロックされてしまいました。
現状では緊急電話しかかけられないと表示されます。
画面にはUSBケーブルの画像が出ているだけです。
修理していただける方お願いします。
