アメリカ市民と結婚しましたが、諸事情でグリーンカード取得する前に日本に帰国しなければならなくなりました。現在のステータスはillegalです。ダンナ曰く日本に彼が来てペーパーワークすれば私はまたアメリカに戻れると言うのですが本当でしょうか?私自身帰国して彼とは別の人生を歩んで行こうと思っているので別にいいのですが、ただ将来、観光でアメリカ行きたくても行けない事になってしまうので。。

#48 ABC2010さんの貼り付けてくれたイミグレのサイトに行ってみたけど、これ自分で出来ない方が問題あるんじゃない?
とても一万ドルの価値があるようには見えないなぁ。
運転免許の申請書に毛がはえたようなもんじゃん。
俺も昔自分でやったことがあるけど、最近の方がはるかにカンタンになってるな。
どこに弁護士を雇うメリットがあるんだ?

いっそのこと弁護士に一緒に住んでもらって、毎晩夫婦の間に寝てもらうのがベストだな。そもそも”運転免許の申請書に毛がはえた”程度の永住権申請に必要もねー弁護士使って何千ドルもドブに捨てるよーな知能しかねーなら、そんなことも本気でやりかねねーだろ。

面白半分で申請書に記入してみたけど１０分しかかからなかったよ。
しかも俺はタイピングは遅い方だぜ。
オンラインで記入出来るし、１０年前よりは記入する欄も少ない。
ここで弁護士を勧めてる人はその関係者じゃないの?
前に取れなかった人がいるって書いてた人は、そのカップルがその後どうなったかの質問にも答えてないし。
まさかそれで離婚して別々の国に住んでるとでも言うのかなぁ?
なんかちょっと変だよな?

＞＃１１ 抄本・謄本の翻訳
おそレスすみません。今後、誰かの役に立てばと思って経験談書きます。
お金と時間の節約のため、自分でインターネットの翻訳例をみてやりました。お決まりのパターンなので、かんたんです。
私の場合はNOTARY もしませんでした。内容保障の署名レターは、弁護士事務所のパラリーガルの方に頼んでサインをもらいました。
これで問題なくOKでした。
色々お金かかるので、これからの方がんばってください。
領事館は駐車場代が高いですしね。
（以前はミツワに停めて、そこからバスって手を使ったこともあります。）
