ハワイのローカルの方が行くスーパー（ＬＡでいうとRalphsやAlbertsonsのようなお店）はありますか？

ありますよ。　Foodlandといいます。　　
ちなみにクヒオ通り沿いにあるフードパントリー（これもマーケット）はハワイのなかでも品物の値段が高いです。
