リージョンフリーのDVD

今持ってるDVDはこっちで買ったんですが、日本のビデオも見れるリージョンフリーの機能を付けたいと思っています。
どこで修理（工事？）に持っていくといいか教えて下さい！　なるべく安い所がいいです。

すみません、便乗させて下さい。
リージョンフリーの広告、ライトハウスに載ってる、確かコリアタウンのしか見かけないのですが、、
後は、South Bayの方の日系電気屋に行けば、同様の物が売ってますか？
ウエストLAにいるので、サウスベイまで行く価値があるか、どなたか教えて下さい。
