日本的な、おいしいパンを習いたいんです。
サウスベイエリアで、どなたか教室開かれてませんか？もしくは、どなたか教えてくれる人いませんかー？

もし時間があるのなら、自分でやってみてはどうですか？
私は２日に１回ぐらいのペースでやっていますが、
結構上手になってきて、
日本のパンのように、自分の好きな惣菜パンや菓子パンを作ったりしてます。
パンはそんなに難しくないと思います。
ただ、時間がかかると思うし（私の場合は４時間程）、買った方が安いんじゃないか、、って毎日感じてます。
