グリーンカードを取得したばかりです。

現在28の♀です。長く交際していたアメリカ人の旦那と結婚し、正式にグリーンカードホルダーになったのですが、日本に一時帰国するときに気をつけなければいけないことはありますか?
180日以上の滞在に許可が必要な事は知っていて、2,3か月の滞在を考えています。
私は過去にオーバーステイをしていることで不安になっています。弁護士にも心配する必要がない、と言われているのですが、どうしても実際にお話を聞きたくて投稿します。詳しい方、経験者の方、よろしくお願いします。

誰から聞いたか知りませんが180日と自分で決め付けるのは良くないですよ。公式にはこう書いてます。

You may be found to have abandoned your permanent resident status if you:
Remain outside of the United States for more than 1 year without obtaining a reentry permit or returning resident visa. However, in determining whether your status has been abandoned, any length of absence from the United States may be considered, even if less than 1 year
