お薦めの電子辞書

電子辞書が壊れてしまったので、購入を考え中です。
お薦めの電子辞書がありましたら教えてください。

つい最近まで使っていたのは、CasioのEx-wordですが、先ほどHPをみたら、新しいものは、英英辞書、シソーラスとしてLongmanが入っているものと、Oxfordが入っているものがありました。私が使っていたものはLongmanのもので、私自身はOxfordの使用経験があまりありません。Oxfordの辞書の使い勝手ってどうでしょうか？Longmanと比較して何か違いなどがあったら教えてください。
