いま、F1visaからE2ビザへのステータスチェンジの最中なのですが、日本に住んでる人と婚約中です。お嫁に行くので、名字も変わります。
いま、日本かアメリカで日本の籍をいれることは可能ですか？
よろしくお願いします。
それか、E2ビザを取ってから籍を入れた方がいいですか？

お相手の方はアメリカに移住予定でしょうか？もしそうなのであれば、申請中に結婚された方が手続きが2倍にならずにいいと思いますが…
日本でもアメリカでも、戸籍等のきちんとした書類があれば入籍できると思います。
