ヤクルトのCM（コマーシャル）に出ているあの方は?

世間知らずで申し訳ございませんが、ちょっとした質問です。

ロサンゼルスなどで放送されているFCI/FNNの朝7時からのニュース番組などを観ていると時々流れるヤクルトのCMがありますが、（”古田さん元気かなぁ〜•••” というあれです） あの方はどなたなのでしょうか? 元ヤクルトスワローズや他球団の現役の野球選手の方でなのでしょうか? 気になって現在のスワローズの選手写真一覧などを見てみたのですが発見できませんでした、、、。

どなたかご存知の方がいらっしゃったら、一報お願いします！
