HARBOR CITY(CA90710)のホームステイハウスの1部屋でインターネットとケーブルTVを申し込みたいとき、どこの会社がいちばんよいのでしょうか?また、前にこの部屋を使っていた方がTIME WARNERを使っていたらしいのですが、CLOSING BILLをのこしたまま国にかえってしまったらしく家のOWNERの方は[ 滞納をはらうことはないので、新しく契約をすれば]とすすめてくれていますが、前のを無視して新しい会社で契約しても問題はないのでしょうか?どなたかアドバイスをくださるかた、メールをください。
