先日、DMVから車のレジストレーションのリニューアルの手紙が来ました。
早速ONLINEで支払いを済ませようとDMVのページに行くと

If you plan to register this vehicle, then :

The renewal fee is :
$235.00
Total Registration Due :
$235.00

If you plan to store and not operate (PNO) this vehicle, then :

The renewal fee is :

PNO Fee :
$22.00
Total PNO Due :
$22.00
Notice - Planned Non-Operation (PNO)

WARNING! Planned Non-Operation (PNO) means the vehicle will be stored and not operated on any public streets or highways after the expiration date. If you do operate this vehicle on any streets or highways after the expiration date and have not paid the full registration fees, you will be required to pay substantial penalty fees in addition to the regular renewal fees. (Reference Vehicle Code Sections 4604, 4604.2 and 4604.5.)

ということで、The renewal fee is : $235.00ですが、このPNOはYESかNOのどちらかよくわかりません。
私はただ普通に通勤に車を使っているだけですので、NOでよろしいのでしょうか？
よく理解できないので、もしお分かりの方がいらしたら教えてください。
