教えて下さい。写真をUSBにインストールしたいのですが、USBをPCに差し込んでもPCの反応が全くありません。
携帯電話から撮ったビデオも同じようにPCに保存したいと思い、携帯電話からPCにインストールしようにもPCから何の反応もありません。

新しく買ったUSBハブ、SD差込も付いているので
デジカメのSDを差し込め取り込めると思ったが
