it would be good if the Apeal Form is accepted
with the necessary documents （ e.g. tax return ）, but usually, if the EDD side has objections, a Hearing
will be held and the EDD side will explain why the EDD Overpayment is a mistake
and a hearing （ like a public hearing ） is held to explain why the EDD's overpayment is wrong.

Therefore, with respect to the very first EDD notice, I think it is regrettable if you did not upload your 2019 tax return and
Schedule C.


The PUA issue is quite serious, with nearly 2 million self-employed Californians

In any case, please understand that the EDD's criteria for review is how much you spent in 2019 on starting your 2020 business
and whether you
included those expenses as business expenses on your 2019 tax return.
