トヨタからセクハラ訴訟で大金をもぎとったのはChristopher Brennanという弁護士らしいですよ。（請求額は215億円、実際の和解金額は推定50億円）

あの小林サンは大金持ちになってその後、お幸せに暮らしているんでしょうかね。

録音や書面、周りの人達の証言などあればかなり有効だと思います。
まずは相談と証拠集めが大切だと思います。
訴えて勝ててもつぎの仕事さがしが大変だと昔聞いた事があります
なぜならやとわない会社が多いいからね最低50億ドルもらわないと。

カリフォルニア州の場合、会話の録音を相手の許可なくするのは違法です。証拠として認められないだけでなく違法行為なので注意してください。
