日本とアメリカのBD・リージョンは一緒なのでアメリカで購入したBD・Playerで市販の映画BDなどは見れるのですが、基本的にダビング１０（CPRM対応）のBDメディアに録画した物は無理だと思います。　多分、メディア・ファイルを読み込まないと思います。　ちなみにDVD-R（CPRM対応）の録画番組をアメリカ購入のDVD・Player（Sony製）ではファイルを読み取れず観れませんでしたよ。　

選択としてはバッファロー社・MediaStation（BR-H816SU2）などのアメリカでも売られているPC用のBD・ドライブかつ、日本でBD、DVD−RAM（CPRM対応）とされる物を買いPCで録画番組をみるか、日本でBR・プレーヤーを買うしか方法は今のところは無いでしょう。

HD を望まず、SD アナログ放送の画質で満足なら、ブルーレイのもうひとつの特徴である大容量を利用して、沢山の番組を録画することもできるし、こちらのブルーレイ装置でも見れるのではないでしょうか。

はっきり言って、こちらの日本語放送はまだ当分の間 SD でしょうし、YouTube やパンドラの画質から比べたら、SD でもまだまだいけます。

ブルーレイで録画した物は一応日米共通と言う事ですね。DVDのようなリジオン設定はないと。

CPRMはブルーレイ以前の問題ですね。PCでだと、バッファロー社・MediaStation以外でも以下の手続きをすると見れるようです。僕はまだ確認していませんが、どなたか試してみた方いますか？

First you need to download the following files:
　 cprm2free,cprmgetkey
　　c2dec
　　relCPRM v0.0.664

None of these programs require an install, although if you dont have Microsoft Visual C++ on your machine you may need it or you could have environement issues. Its free to download

The last couple things you need are BZ Binary Editor
and this Dummy DLL called LERNEL.DLL

are you tired yet, cuz I was. It gets a little tricky here, but I am not a programmer either so if I can do it you can. Open the cprm2free,cprmgetkey RAR file and you should see a lot of different files with similar names. The one that works best is cprmgetkey041.rar - open it and extract it into the same folder that you put everything else from above. then open the BZ binary editor, and drag and drop the file cprmgetkey.exe into the main screen of BZ. You will get an something that looks like this:


First click the third buttong from the left on the upper margin, this will allow you to edit the binary. Then scroll down to row 009030, and column 8 - you should find a value that reads as KERNEL.DLL in the right hand margin. Erase the K in KERNEL and replace it with the letter L, so that it reads LERNELL.DLL, then save and close. Move this edited file cprmgetkey.exe into the directory of relCPRM, replacing the one that is in there. Also drop include the dummy file LERNELL.DLL that you downloaded earlier. So in one folder you should have the extracted files from relCPRM.rar, the new edited cprmgetkey.exe that you edited with BZ binary editor, and the dummy file LERNEL.DLL.

Now you should be able to just run the relCPRM file from that directory and rip a decrypted version of the VRO file. That VRO can play easily in VLC media player, or you can use AVS Video Converter to convert it to AVI, MPEG or any format you want. Hope it works!

映画などの市販されているブルーレイ（＊ブルーレイメディアではない）はリージョン・コードがアメリカと日本では一緒なので、ブルーレイ・プレーヤーはどちらの国の物でも見れます。　

ブルーレイ・メディアは録画した物によります。

１．著作権が関係ない録画物（個人で撮った映像など）　＝　○　
２．アナログ方式で録画した物　（テレビ番組）　＝　○
３．ダビング10（地デジ）方式で録画した物　＝　☓ＣＰＲＭ対応メディアとプレーアーが必要です。　

日本の価格．ＣＯＭなどでリサーチすれば簡単にＣＰＲＭ対応のＰＣ用プレーアー（内臓、外付け）を探す事ができますよ。　その情報を元にアメリカで購入できる物を探してみてはどうですか？　

後、地デジ録画が入ったＢｌｕ・Ｒａｙ、ＤＶＤをＰＣで観るのに忘れてはいけないのが、ＣＰＲＭ対応メディア・プレーヤーソフトが必要な事です。　240さんが書かれている物は、多分．ＤＬＬをいじり既存のメディア・プレーヤーソフトを使えるようにする物だと思います。　プログラムに自信が無ければ．ＤＬＬをいじるのは避けたほうが良いですよ。　

予算にもよりますが、自信が無ければ新たにメディア・プレーヤーソフトを購入する事をお勧めしますよ。　今現在日本で売られているＣＰＲＭ対応ＰＣメディア・プレーヤーはＣｙｂｅｒｌｉｎｋ社だけだったように思います。　Ｃｙｂｅｒｌｉｎｋ社の日本サイトにも参考になると思います。
