C-Corporation 設立は弁護士？会計士？

こんにちは。
現在、E1取得のために、会社設立を予定しております。

そこで、現在決めかねているのは、C-Corporationの設立をお願いするには、これからお世話になる会計事務所がいいか？？　また、これからE1取得でお世話になる弁護士事務所がいいのか？？？？　　どっち？？？　ということです。

どちらも会社設立業務を代行してくれます。費用の違いは300ドル会計事務所のほうが安かったです。（弁護士事務所1500ドル）

まずE1が取れないと話が始まりませんので、弁護士事務所で設立からビザまで一気にお願いしてしまうのが賢い選択でしょうか？　決めるにあたって、注意したほうが良いこと、またアドバイス等ありますでしょうか？？
