アメリカに骨をうずめようと思い、１０年前に市民権をとりました。しかし事情が変わり近い将来、日本に帰国して住まなければならなくなりました。もうアメリカに戻ってくることはないので市民権の放棄というか返還できるのかどうかと悩んでいます。でも日本の帰ってもハワイやグアムにごく普通に旅行したいと思います。それと、帰国してから国民健康保険に加入したいのですが、どうすればいいのでしょうか。役所で簡単に加入できますか。滞米生活が長いと加入に何か障害が、あるのでしょうか。
