「Power Of Attorney」、「Last Will」、「Advance Medical Directive」について

去年、国際結婚でLAに来ました。
結婚の際、prenuptial agreementは作成しませんでしたが
今になり、はやり契約書を作成すべきだと考えています。
結婚後にそういった書類の作成と契約を交わす事が有効であるか、
また、その場合弁護士を通さず、自分で出来る方法をご存知の方、
良心的な費用で受けて下さる弁護士をご存知の方、
そういった手続きの経験をされた方、
どうか知恵をお貸し下さい。

追加なのですが、「今後離婚した場合、財産分与をどうするか」
に関しての書類も必要でした。
