OPTとかインターンには給料を払わなくてもいいと聞いたけれど、本当に１年ガソリン代すら払わないで働かせるってどうなの？そしてその会社、社員OPTだけってどうなの？さらにビザは取れません。それでも働く方が悪いのか？人としてちょっと払ってあげようよ。って思うんですが。。

OPTにも 事業主は 払う義務があります。
最低賃金は 払うべきです。そして 税金も納め無くてはいけません。 従業員から訴えられると もっと たいへんですよ。きちんと 雇用関係を しておかれた方がいいです。 留学生を ないがしろに 無賃金で 働かせている事務所が沢山あるようなことを 耳にします。それを斡旋している人もいるようです。
違法滞在者にも 賃金を受け取る権利がありますから 当然 OPTの 人には 払わなくては なりませんよ。
