アパートのレントコントロール？

今、Gardenaでアパートを借りているんですが、、、、

先日２５％以上の値上げのNoticeがありました。

GardenaはRent control対象外なんですかね？

ロスのRent control情報入手方法ご存じでしたら、
教えてください。
