メールの添付が開けない

買ったばかりのPC(Wind XP）に来る
メールの添付が開けない。　雲がかかったようにに見えてクリックしてもウンともスンとも反応しないんです。
誰か操作方法教えてください。

Outlook Expressを使用されてますか？
その場合はセキュリティの設定です。
ツールからオプションに行き、セキュリティのタブを開いてください。
ウイルス関連の設定でウイルスの可能性のある添付は保存しないというような設定ガあり、これのチェックを外してください。
そうすると、グレイアウトされている添付が開ける様になりますよ。
