美味しい韓国の豚肉BBQ

前に日本のTVで見たのですが、豚バラを鉄板で焼いて脂を落として、それを青菜（レタス？）みたいなものや、お米で作った皮などで包んでいただく韓国料理（スパイシーらしい）はLAのコリアタウンにはないのでしょうか？
BOSSAMで有名なKOBAWOOには行った事があるのですが、確かに美味しいけれど、これではないのです！
なんだか異様に食べたくて調べているのですが。。
もしもご存知の方がいらっしゃいましたらお教え下さい！
