IRC

I'm trying to get IRC (International Reply Coupon) and
I've been to a couple of post offices but they didn't carry those IRCs.
Does anybody know where I can get IRC? thanks

国際返信切手券ですね。
恐らく、窓口の担当者が無知だったのでしょう。
こっち（ＵＳＡ）って、店員とか、公務員が自分とこの商品（サービス）を熟知して
いないことって多いでしょ。
http://pe.usps.com/text/imm/immc3_025.htmをプリントして郵便局に持って
いったらいかがでしょう。

ムーチョさんよ、リンク先にThe coupons should be stocked at Post Office facilities that have a demand for them.って書いてあるぜ。需要がないPOには置いてないんだろ。プリントして持ってっても、置いてなくても構わない証拠になるだけだね。
