美味しいウニ

個人で購入したいのですが、美味しいウニはどこで手に入りますでしょうか？

大量に買う訳ではないので、ニジヤやミツワで買えばいいのでしょうが、もっと美味しいウニがあればと思い、相談しています。

サンタバーバラのウニが美味しいですよ。今は特に美味しい時期なので捜してみて下さい。確かライトハウスだったか日刊さんの様な雑誌に広告がでていたのをみました。大きくて甘くて最高のものがありますよ。日本の高級お料理屋さんに輸出されているそうです。
