お菓子の材料や道具が買える場所

ロスに越してきたばかりで、趣味のお菓子作りの道具や材料をどこで揃えたらよいものかと困っています。ご存知の方、教えてください。住まいはN Hollywoodなのでその近辺で探していますが、遠くても専門店があれば知っておきたいので情報をお願いいたします。
また、アメリカの良いレシピサイト（お菓子はもちろん、料理のサイトでも）などもご存知でしたら情報をいただけると幸いです。よろしくお願いいたします。

ちょっと遠距離ですが、Culver CityにあるSurfas（8777 Washington Blvd, Culver City）はレストラン業界の人が利用する本格的なキッチンサプライ・ストアで、お菓子の型から絞り口、ちょっと珍しい粉やスパイスまですべて揃います。ウイリアム・ソノマのような華やかさは全くありませんが、専門店の重みたっぷりで料理好きには見ているだけでも楽しいお店です。
