消費税の還付

起業の準備をしていまして、税金関係について調べています。アメリカの商品を日本に向けて販売する場合、消費税の還付は受けられるのでしょうか?

そもそも、合衆国政府は消費税なるものを徴収しておりませんので、還付のしようが（されようが）ありません。
（日本だと、4％の消費税と1％の地方消費税をまとめて還付してもらえますが．．．。）
トピ主さんが消費税（ＶＡＴ）だと勘違いされているものは、州のセールスタックスのことだと思われます。
これは、「還付」云々よりも、最初から「納税」しないで商品を仕入れるのです。
そのためには、SELLER'S PERMITの取得が必要です。
