犬と一緒に帰国するには

来年３月にワンコを連れて日本に永久帰国する予定です。
検疫制度が変わったということを以前に聞いてどのように対処したらいいのかよくわかりません・・・
そろそろマイクロチップも入れないといけない時期だとは思うのですが。
手続きなど、どこでやっていただけるか知ってる方いませんか〜〜？
