カリフォルニアで子宮筋腫、リュープリンの治療された方メール頂けると助かります

はじめまして。アメリカで子宮筋腫の手術が決まったのですが、セカンドオピニオンでリュープリンで小さくしてからの方が選択が多いということがわかり、こちらで経験がある方メール頂けると助かります。

こんにちわ。
カリフォルニアではなく、昨年度日本で子宮筋腫の開腹手術をしました。（東京J医大）
私も長年、子宮筋腫で悩まされていましたので参考になればと思い、書き込みさせて頂きます。
私は大きすぎたので（18CM)結局開腹手術で子宮全摘出しました。ホルモン治療も術前1年半し、結果、3CMほど小さくなりましたが、結果として開腹手術で子宮全的だったので、ホルモン治療はあまり関係なく、無駄にお金を使ってしまったような気がします。。
ホルモン治療を行うのは、腹腔鏡手術をする方にはいいのかもしれないですね。。腹腔鏡は大きいと時間がかかって、リスクが高くなるので少しでも小さくした方がいいと思います。
エニ―さんの術式と大きさが分からないので、何とも言えないですが、、、、繰り返しになりますが、大きくて開腹手術であればホルモン治療はお薦めしません。
腹腔鏡手術でしたら、やってみる価値はあるかと思います。ちなみに、私は開腹手術をして子宮筋腫を全部取り除いてすっきりしました。
