近日こちらで籍を入れようと思ってるのですがどこでどういう手続きが必要なのでしょうか?

大使館勤務でしたら報告必要でしょう。
日本の戸籍は市町村管轄
日本の戸籍が必要でしたら
自分で翻訳して市町村に提出
