米国大使館の面接予約について

大阪の米国大使館の面接予約をしたいのですが、3月半ば以降の予約がいつになっても出来ません。
予約不可能になっている理由が何かあるのでしょうか。
通常はいつごろから予約できるのでしょうか。
ご存知の方教えてください。。。とっても不安で困っています。

大使館ではなく、総領事館への予約をお勧めします。

領事館の間違いでした。
領事館の面接をチェックしているのですが、予約不可のままで一向に予約できる気配がありません。
もしご存知でしたら教えてください。
