交差点での右折

　カメラの設置してある交差点で、
　赤信号の時に右折した時に　カメラのフラッシュが光ったと思います。
　もし、信号無視として見られた場合は罰金を払うよう請求書がくると
　思いますが、裁判所で無罪を説明して、認めてもらえるのでしょうか？
　一時停止して、右折しましたので、交通違反ではないと思うのですが、
　それを、証明するには、どうしたら、いいのでしょうか？
　その時は助手席に知人が乗っていました。
　すいませんが、こういう経験をされた方、知識のあるかた、アドバイス宜しくおねがいします。
