長期帰国

Problem / Need advice

グリーンカード保持者です。
日本へ長期帰国を考えています。
1年未満なら法的に問題ないようなのですが、ぎりぎり1年、特に書類も用意せずに海外で滞在し、問題なく帰って来られた方、もしくは戻ってきた際イミグレで手間取った方など、体験談があれば教えて下さい。
念のためＩ-131を取った方がいいでしょうか??

そりゃあ、取って帰ったほうが安全でしょう。
万一、何かあって滞在が伸びることもあるかも
しれないし、そういう時にも心配しないでしょ。

＞1年未満なら法的に問題ないようなのですが、

アメリカに戻って来る空港の入国管理官次第ですので手続きをして出国された方が安心できます。
