車の適正価格

皆さんに質問です。０３年ＨＯＮＤＡのＯＤＹＳＳＥＹでＥＸ-Ｌ（ＥＸタイプのレザーシート）がディーラーの掲示する車両価格が＄２８Ｋですが、この価格は妥当な値段でしょうか。
（ちなみに希望小売価格から＄８００程度値引きした値段です）

最近購入された方で、もしご存知でしたら参考にお教え下さい。
