ここ数ヶ月気になるのが、上の住人が、私のいる所の真上にいつも居ることに気づきました。キッチンに居ればキッチンの真上、リビングを通り越して寝室に行くと、寝室の真上に追いかけてくるかの様に、速攻で居るんです。試しにキッチンから寝室に移動中、足音が付いてくるので、すぐ引き返すと、やっぱり足音も引き返してついて来ました。そこでもう一度踵を返すと全く同じに踵を返して足音が付いて来ます。嫌がらせでもされてるのかと思いました。

友達に言うと、気のせいとか考えすぎと言われますが……今も夜中の1時前です。普通なら寝てる時間ですが、寝てたら真上で忍び足の様な足音がしたので、キッチンに来たら、同じくキッチンに来ます。リビング、寝室、バスルーム…部屋の外れの玄関ドアの前に居ても、真上に来ます。

それでも考えすぎでしょうか？

＞ダメージの修復とかカーペット等を張り替えるなどの費用はデポジットから引かれ、足りない分は逆に請求されるかもしれませんね。

でも15日以内に請求しないとダメよ。してないから後からでは普通の清掃の名目でも１セントも引けない。今となっては全額返還するしかないのよ。

まあだいぶ前の話みたいですが、時効でない限りはSmall Claims Courtなどで争うことは可能かもしれませんね。

＃２３は猫を飼うという契約違反、それからリースを途中でブレークしてるので、そこらへんがどう契約書に書いてあったがすべてになります。

昔、猫飼ってるルームメイトがいて、めっちゃ迷惑だった。せめて自分の部屋だけで飼えばいいのに、放し飼いでいつもベタベタくっついて来て、深夜私が寝ている時に物凄い音がして確認したら、バスルームの横にある棚の中身が外に散らかっていて、泥棒かと思って死ぬほどびっくりした！
あとでその猫がやったってわかったけど、すみませんうちの猫が迷惑かけてとか誤りもしないし、キッチンも猫の足跡だらけで、掃除も一切しないから私が仕方なく掃除してもお礼も言わずに、当たり前のような態度で、2、3日留守にするから世話をして欲しいと頼まれて、お金払うからどうしてもお願いと言われ、仕方なく引き受けた。彼女に頼まれたのは餌やりとトイレの掃除だけ。それで彼女が帰って来て、猫が自分の布団の中でうんこしてたらしく、そこまで知らなかったし、何で掃除してくれなかったんですか！みたいな態度で、布団の中や部屋の掃除まで頼まれた覚えはない。たった20ドルでそこまで私がする義務はないし、日に日に彼女の部屋から悪臭がするようになって、とうとう大家から追い出された。

私はエアコンなしのアパート
駐車場、水道代込みの1800ドルの家賃なのですが、エアコンがついてません。
これは一般的でしょうか。
カリフォルニアにきて1年。。
暑い夏、くたばってます、、、、、

１８２以南は未だガーデナです。
１９０に在った日産はガーデナだったはずです。
トーレンスブルバード以南はロスの警察管轄みたいです。

このエリアに住んでる人は住所はトーランス市だったとしても税金はＬＡ市、警察呼んでも来るのはＬＡＰＤ

182nd以南でも確か、くら寿司はトーランス市、警察もトーランス市警
ウエスタンを挟んで反対側のユニオンバンクは住所はガーデナ市だけど管轄はＬＡ市
