グリフィス天文台はまだ・・？

知人が初めてアメリカに来ます。どこか夜景のきれいなところに行きたいとのことなんですがグリフィス天文台はまだ工事中のようで他にどこかお勧めの夜景スポットなどあれば教えていただきたいなと思っています。みなさんＬＡ観光ってどこに連れて行ってるんでしょうか？私はサンタモニカとハリウッドとかしか浮かばなくて・・。

Hollywood BlvdからHighland AveをHollywood Bowlのほうへ入って行き、Fwy101に沿って2 miles ちょっとのところにMulholland Drという山へ登って行く道があります。（直線にFwyをまたぐ陸橋があります、ただしそのまえにももうひとつ陸橋があるのでまちがえないでください。）その道を3-4分行ったところに小さな展望台があり、LAが一望できます。展望台自体は日没後閉鎖されるみたいですが、そこからちょっと進んだところに路肩に駐車できるスペースがあり、そこからも夜景が楽しめます。やってくる人も少なく穴場だと思います。山道はけっこう急カーブあり、あと駐車スペースから道路を渡るときなど、ほかの車に気をつけてください。
