これから老人ホームでボランティアをしようと思っているのですが、出してはいけない話題とか何かアドバイスがあったら教えてください。

よく、特にうまくしゃべれない老人を、親切心ではありながら、赤ん坊のように扱う人がいるようで、それはとても自尊心が傷つくんだそうです。
自分で何もできなくても、経験も知識も、私たちより数倍多いので、それに値する扱いをするのが重要、とききました。。
