はじめまして。
書き込み失礼いたします。
I phone 3Gを購入しようと思い、先日AT&Tに行ったのですが、ソーシャルセキュリティーナンバーがないと契約出来ないと言われました。
知人からデポジットを払えば購入出来ると聞いたのですが、その私が行ったお店ではダメだと言われました。
店によってやってくれるところとないところがあるのでしょうか？？
ちなみに私が行ったAT&T はLONG BEACHにある店でした。二件行きましたが両方だめでした。。
ほかにどうすれば購入出来るのか方法がありましたら、どなたか教えてくださいませんか？？

正規携帯電話ショップでは無理でしょうね。個人経営の携帯電話ショップなら＃２さんが言われているようにデポジットを払えば購入は可能です。
このサイト上でのタウンガイドにも携帯ショップの住所が出てますよ。 1度調べて電話をしてみてはどうですか？
