学生ビザからビザ保持者の配偶者となる場合に、ステイタス変更をしなければいけないのですが、弁護士を通してやるべきか、それとも自分でできるものなのでしょうか。経験者の方、アドバイスください。お願いします！

詳細がわからないのですが、現在F-1等の学生ステイタスで、H1等の就労ビザ保持者と結婚する（配偶者になる）ということですよね？
それならば、ステイタスの変更ではなく、例えば配偶者のステイタスがH1ならば、その家族ビザのH4を申請することになるので、弁護士を通したほうが良いでしょう。
