肩こりに悩まされている方に質問です！！

自分は、慢性的な肩こりを持っているのですが、どなたか肩こりに効く製品を実際に試されて、どの製品が良かったか（個人的な差はもちろんあるとは思いますが）ご存知の方がいましたら教えてください。

私も長いこと、肩こりもちでしたが、Icy-Hot-Pain-Relievingを試しところ、痛みは治まり肩が痛むとこれを
使用していたところ、ここ数年は、いっさい肩の痛みを感じていません。私の使用方法は、お風呂上りにこれを浸透するように、ぬりこみます。(私は使い捨てのゴム手袋を使います）
すると、ただちに、やけどをしたと思うほどの灼熱感じるので、驚きますが、すぐに止まりますので大丈夫です。

とにかく、効くと思いますので、お試しを。
