割引券の問題

先日グルーポンのお節問題がありましたが、似たようなクーポンで問題がありましたので相談させてください。

一ヶ月ほど前に、トーランスのホテル内のレストランのお得券をあるウェブサイトで購入しました。購入前と購入後の表示ではビバリーヒルズとトーランスの両方の店舗で使用可能とあったのですが、今日になりトーランス店では使用できないというメールが来ました。

Unfortunately xx cannot accept xx certificates at their
Torrance location at this time. xx will still accept certificates at the Beverly Hills location:

ビバリーヒルズは遠いので、ガソリン代がかかってしまいお得券を買った意味がありません。購入後に使用のルールを変えるのは問題ないことなのでしょうか?
Consumer Reportに連絡しても無駄でしょうか??
今までこういったお得券で問題があったことはないのですが、初めてのトラブルが日系レストランということでもっとショックです。

そのレストランてGですか?クーポン購入時に
両方で使用可能と書いてあるネットの
ページとか印刷してとってありますか?
なくても、まず、General Managerと話して
交渉してみたらどうですか?
それで、だめならConsumer Affairとかですね。
