その学校の条件によると思います。

入学しようと考えてる学校が、高校の卒業を条件とされてる場合は、それに従う必要があるでしょう。

例えば、その高卒の証明は出せないで人（中退）などの人は、学校によっては、それに変わるテストなどを要求する場合があると思われます。学校に貴方の状況を話、そして、何かアドバイスをもらいましょう。
