プラクティカル・トレーニングVISAについて

OPTのレシートはもう手元に届いているのですが、VISA自体はまだ届きません。90日が過ぎたら仮の書類を受け取りにいけると聞いた事があるのですが、INSに行けばいいんですよね？必要なものがわかる方、また、最近受け取りにいった方、教えてください。

私もプラクティカル　トレーニングについて質問があります。
私は　ソーシャルセキュリティー＃を　持っていないのですが・・プラクティカル申請できますか?
（何回か取ろうと頑張ったのですが・・学校からのレターも　むなしく・・・S.S.＃は　取得できませんでした。）
なんか　学校のオフィスの人がしょっちゅう変わってしまって・・・言うことも　まちまちで、困惑中です。
どなたか、s.s.#なしで、申請してvisaを取得できたって言う人いませんか??
