tax refund 2012

去年からＯＰＴに入り、仕事をして初めて2012年度のタックスリターンをしました。
初めてだったのでE-filingはできず、mailで送りました。送ったのは2月の始めです。
もうそろそろrefundが銀行の方へ送金されると思っていたのですが、今だにありません。IRS.govにあるwhere's my refundで4週間後にステータスをチェックしても"incorrect information"としか出ません。心配です。他にf-1のoptで1040ＮＲを申請した方いたら同じ状況か教えて下さい。時間がこれくらいかかるものなのでしょうか?
お願いします。

４～６週間くらいはかかります。 特に今年は議会で予算の決定が遅れすべてがずれてます。

F-1 なのにStandard Deduction を使ってしまったり、授業料のCreditを請求してしまったりといった問題があればRefundが調整されて届くか、あるいは逆に請求書が届くかもしれません。 ８週間くらい待ってIRSから何の連絡もなければIRSに電話すればいいです。
