原発事故から二年も経とうと言うのに、今更ながら廃炉に必要な技術を一般募集しますだって。
内容を見て愕然とさせられたのは、建屋にアクセスする技術も募集している事。それって、未だ収束に向けて何も進展していないことを物語っているのでは?
