食中毒症状のある方

10/7(Fri)に夫とガーデナの日本食レストランで、ランチでうな玉丼とまぐろ漬け丼を食べてから約6時間後、夫だけがひどい下痢を発症し、10/9 日曜日から４日間入院しました。診断は大腸炎でした。血液と便の検査結果が陰性だったので、発症直前の最後に食べたその食品が原因かどうかわかりません。医者は、まだ寄生虫の可能性を探っているそうです。夫はうな玉丼を食べました。私も一口食べましたが、卵の白身が生で、なまぬるい感じでした。原因がわからないのでお店の名前を公表したくありませんが、同日にガーデナで日本食を食べて体調を崩した方が居たら、ここで知らせていただけませんか?ちなみにLA county Department of Public Healthにはレポートを提出しました。

体調崩した人を募って、その店を訴えるつもりでしょうか。
その店で食べた物が原因であるとの立証はまず不可能でしょうが、頑張ってください。

金銭目的でしているわけではありません。夫もレストラン業界で働いていて、レストランの衛生管理には関心があるので、もし心当たりの店の管理体制に問題があったら公的機関を通して、見直しを依頼するつもりです。
