美味しいチャーシューの買えるところ

ラーメンやチャーハンを家で作りたいのですが、美味しいチャーシューを
売っている所が分かりません。
中国系のスーパーで買ったものは甘くて硬くて全く駄目でした。
日本のラーメン屋さんのように柔らかくて醤油味のチャーシューを
売っている所をご存じないですか???

日本で食べてたチャーシューの味が忘れなくて探したけど見つかりませんでした。
自分で作ってみてもなかなか、その味に辿り着かなくて、何度も試行錯誤をしました。
でも、友達に教えていただいたレシピが限りなく近くて感激。
もし、シマ吉さんが料理をするならレシピ送ります。
作り方は簡単ですが、３日ほどかかります。
それが面倒でしたら、ニジヤ（Hacienda Hts)のチャーシューが美味しいです。
